Can I have a charger if I don't have a driveway?
You need off-street parking that you own or have the right to use. A cable can't be run across a public pavement.
Do I need to upgrade my fuse board first?
Not always. Some older boards or supplies need work before a charger can go in. We check on the survey and tell you before we quote.
How long does a home installation take?
A standard home install is usually done in a day once the survey has been carried out.
Does my charger have to be a smart charger?
Yes. Since 30 June 2022, home and workplace charge points sold in Great Britain have had to include smart charging functions.
