Compliance Without the Chasing
Testing, alarms and remedials for landlords and letting agents. We tell you what's legally required, what's recommended, and price them separately.

Landlord Questions
Something we haven't covered? Give us a call or send us the details.
How often does a rented property need an EICR?
At least every five years in both Wales and England, or sooner if the previous report recommends it.
What do the codes on an EICR mean?
C1 means danger present and immediate action needed. C2 is potentially dangerous and needs urgent remedial work. C3 is an improvement recommended. FI means further investigation is needed. Any C1, C2 or FI makes the report unsatisfactory.
Can you deal with my letting agent or tenants directly?
Yes. We can arrange access directly and send the certificate to you, your agent and your tenant.
Do you look after portfolios?
Yes. We cover single lets through to full portfolios, with each property's renewal dates tracked so nothing lapses.
Certificates due, or overdue?
Send us the addresses and we'll tell you what each property needs, what it costs and when we can test.
